Info on Charles Schreck 1851 New York

My father was born in Campbell KY on 3/24/25 he had a brother Edward Schreck. Uncle Ed died in 1982 or so in Tampa, Fl. His mothers name was Pauline Rittenger his fathers name was Charles they both are buried in KY. All dad knows is his father lived in NY before coming to KY. He said he thought his fater was from Germany. If anyone can help me fill in some of the gap I would be thankful. Grandpa died about 1936 dad thinks he was around 75 making him born around 1851. I would like to know if grandpa had any brothers or sisters what his parents name and so on.
