Dorothy--I have written to your e-mail address but just in case you do not receive it I will reply here as well. I descend from Florian and Secunda Bopp as well. (Secunda would be my great great grandmother too.) When Florian was killed, Secunda married Charles Schubel and continued to raise the four children she already had. They were: Fred, George, John, and Rose.
John is my great grandfather. He married Hester Collon. Their daughter Rose was my grandmother.
I have lots of Schubel information if anyone else is interested. I have also found things regarding the Bopp lineage. Please contact me for more information.
