Sorry for the long delay. My present has been placing too many demands on my research into the past.
I haven't found anyone named Philo decended from Stephen, although he had a son, Stephen who may have had such a son. I didn't follow his line more than one generation.
No Hannah either. I am not following the line of John Scovell, Arthur's brother, but what I have shows no Hannah either.
I don't know Orr's first wife's name, though his second wife was Polly Rutty and the third was Lydia Chamness. Though some records show a Fanny Harris, it would not have been possible and I think she was married to a son of Orr's, also named Orr.
