My great great grandmother was Margaretha Sehi, born in Bann (not Bonn), Rheinpfalz, Germany in 1817. She married Peter Metzler in Cincinnati in 1840. They lived for a while in southeast Indiana, and then moved back to Cincinnati. Several of her siblings are spent time in southeast Indiana. John Adam eventually moved on to Sigel, Illinois. Katherine, Maria Anna, and Peter also lived there. There are several of us working on tracing all the family connections.
