Thomas Servage or Sirvage / Jane Kitchen

I'm looking on information on Thomas Servage (born abt 1791) married Jane Kitchen (born abt 1795). I believe they moved from England to Canada. First 2 children, Elizabeth (b.abt 1819) and Michael (b. about 1822) were born in England. In Canada they lived briefly in Quebec near Montreal and then moved to Winchester, Dundas county, Ontario. Other children were Joseph (1833-1917), Thomas II, George (died at 18), Ann, Mary, and William (1838-1919). I have reference to Thomas Servage and Jane Kitchen married March 7,1818 in Aldbrough near Hull, Yorkshire, England, but I can't track down any other records in England on them or their parents. Some descendants changed their surname to Sirvage.
Thanks for your time,
Laurie
