James Shields noticed that I was missing a page from the family record, which he sent to me in pdf format. I have transcribed that & included it in the Family Record that I placed online.

The transcription of this record is on my website, available through the Shields link of the main page:

http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~sassytazzy/index.html

He also generously shared 2 other related records he has -- William Chapman Shields' Autobiography/Diary and Civil War Campaign Sketches Diary, which I will be putting online soon -- I'll post the link when the pages are available online.

Susan :)
