If there is no commercial motive in publishing the book, may I suggest that rather than going to the expense of publishing the book in hard copy, that you instead put the book on the web. Then it will be available instantaneously to everyone without charge. The days of disseminating knowledge on paper are giving way to the enormous advantages of our "global brain": the internet.
