As a member of the Sieyes family of which you refer to Jean Sieyes (Sieyès) of Fréjus, France - I'm baffled how Jean Sieyes could have ended up in Boston, USA. Jean Sieyès was a goldsmith from Fréjus. His eldest son was Vincent Sieyès, who had a son called Honorè Sieyès born in Fréjus 30th July 1700 and died 14th September 1782. Honoré Sieyès was the father, amongst others, of the famous Emmanuel Joseph Sieyès, also born in Fréjus.
