Hi I have found them living in Bremhill in 1841 and 1851, in 1851 Thomas Simkins said he was from Bremhill, Lettica said Chippenham about 1811.
Also in both Censuses there is a Ruben Simkins born 1800 Bremhill This may help finding his family they could be brothers or cousins.
When looking at the address in 1851 it had Studley which is another little village or hamlet next to Bremhill I think that was the same place as 1841 but I though it was Hudley, if you check out Derry Hill Thomas Simpkins there was one born 1798 that is a possibility.
My Simpkins are at Box Wilts not far, only ours came from Bath around the 1830's
