I saw your offer to look-up Simpkins family mambers for someone else and wondered if you would do so for me.
Last night I received 32 pages of information about my husband's ancestors that I had been searching for for years. I had copies of family Bible pages that vallidated that teh information was about the right family. i was missing data on one generation and this tied it together.
i also learned some new information. My husband's maternal 2nd great granfather's mother was
MARY SIMPKINS born 26 Sep 1787 in New York
died 7 Dec 1851
on 10 Sep 1804 married Samuel Perin in
NY
Do you have any information about this Mary or her family. If so, please reply. I would be most grateful for any information you could provide. I will gladly shre what I have learned about her progeny. She relaocated to Perintown, OH where her husband was regarded most highly. He was a diversified businessman and established a grist mill in an area now known as Perins Mill, Clermont County (near Cincinnati) OH.
