I am trying to identify my paternal granfather. My grandmother Nellie Sloan had my father Allen Sloan on May 26, 1931 somewhere in Iowa. Allen was adopted by Nellie's Aunt and Uncle Jennie and Wm Manley sometime during t he mid-1930's. Subsequently, he was raised as Noel Allen Manley. Any information would be appreciated.
