Eugenia Hattie Snipes was born July 24, 1858 in Upson County Georgia. I don't know who her parents were but she was in Texas by 1875 when she married John Washington Irvin. She had a sister named Mollie who married a Williams.
Can anyone give me some background information on Eugenia Hattie Snipes or her family?
