A short notice was published in the "Racine Journal Times...June 10, 1916--" Miss Petra Nelsen of Somers, were married yesterday afternoon at 4'oclock at the parsonage of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, by Rev. Bing. The attendants were Mrs.J.K Eue and Mr.Peterson. The bride wore a gown of tan messaline and carried pink and white roses. following the ceremony a reception was held at the home of Mr.and Mrs.B. Holverson, 1523 Phillips Avenue for relatives. They were the recipients of many beautiful and costly gifts. Mr. and Mrs. Sorenson will make their future home in Somers." (Somers is in Kenosha County)
