Here's a far-fetched lead, but sometimes anything is better than nothing. In my Southall database, I have a Albert Gallatin Southall who married Virginia Travis, daughter of Samuel Travis (on the Southall web site at: ). I don't recall which files, but I know I have typed the name Albert G. or Albert Gallatin Southall & Virginia Travis in other documents that are on the web site. There's a search engine available from the main page if you want check those records to see if there's any possible connection -- yours could be a case of a family name being handed down:

Good luck w/ your research . . .

Susan :)
