Looking for information on the Eight California U.S. Volunteers, Co. I, Mustered at Grass Valley, California on July 7, 1898. I have a memorial ribbon which lists the officers and men. The Captain was Peter T. Riley.
The ribbon was found in my Grandparents Bible, as they were from Grass Valley, but none of the men seem to be related to them. Will gladly share these men's names.
