Discharge remarks in Enlistment Registers

Hi

Discharge remarks
I was wondering what these certain remarks mean.

G.O. 80 A.G.O -90
G.O. 40 A.G.O -98
S.O. 107 Dept Platte -94

I think G.O. =General Order
A.G.O.= Adjutant General's Office
S.O. = Special Order

Not sure on 80,40,107
I think -90,-98,-94 is the year.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Bob
