Is any one familiar with Jess D. (1894 - 1944) and Jicie E. Stanaford Adkins (1897 - 1969)? They are buried in the Reed Family Cemetery in Whitley Co., KY. Since Jess and Jicie are buried in the Reed Cemetry, I assume Jess must have been related to my grandmother, Nellie Adkins Reed. I am having problems determining the parentage of Nellie's father William M. Adkins so I am trying to get there by connecting all the dots! Jess' father was Joshua F. Adkins. I believe Joshua may have been the oldest brother of my William M. Adkins, making Jess and Nellie first cousins. If anyone is familiar with Jess and Jicie Stanaford Adkins I'd love to compare notes with you.
