Per V3 intro "Vol II initiated the phrase "one Liners" which corrected or otherwise updated Vol I. Vol III continues with these "one-liners" and all up-to-date information that has been provided that wasn't in Vol I/II....." V3 has 767 pages as opposed to 877 in V2, more condensed. If you have specifics I can check them for you.
