Looking for information on the Sumpters from Mo,. James H. SUMPTER b. abt. (1846), MO. m. Chinesa ? b. abt. (1851), OH. James parents might be James SUMPTER, TN and Abbie HARDISTER, KY. James might have a brother named Bejanim.

James and Chinesa had the following children:
Sarah E. (My Grandmother)
Charles T.
Ibba
John R.
