That certainly sounds plausible. I'm not sure where they went when they left Floyd Co, VA or when they left. I believe a brother of Abraham's went to Menard Co, IL. An Abraham Tice, a John Tice, and a Richard Sumpter (Polly's brother?) appear on a tax list for Lawrence Co, OH in 1821.
