Hezekiah Bussey (a/k/a Busey, Bussee, etc.) died in Prince George's County, Maryland circa 1715. Below, I will provide some circumstantial evidence which I believe permits a reasonable inference (a hypothesis or theory at this point) that Hezekiah's wife was a daughter of Edward and Susannah (Heath) Swann.
Although he left no Will, there are some records from the administration of his intestate estate in the prerogative court, as follow.

The Samuel Bussey who was listed as next of kin was almost certainly his son, and so likely born before 1697 (in order to be at least 18 and listed as NOK). There are two deeds, from 1725 and 1732, where Samuel Bussey and wife Hannah sold land that Samuel had inherited from Hezekiah.
Another son was likely the Hezekiah Bussey, with wife Rachel, who left a Will probated in 1745. One record from the estate administration follows.

Edward Swann, husband of Susannah (Heath) Swann, died intestate, and so there is no absolutely complete list of all of his children, although it is geneally accepted that he had sons Thomas, James and Samuel, and a daughter Susannah. There might have been other children, especially daughters, who have not yet been "discovered".
Thomas Swann married Catherine Burch, daughter of Oliver and Barbara (Tennison) Burch, and they had numerous children, including a daughter Barbara. Barbara Swann was married three times over the course of her life, first to Samuel Copeland, second to John Frasier, and last to Matthew Wise.
The clues begin with the fact that this Thomas Swann was listed as next of kin to Hezekiah Bussey (Sr.) in 1715, and that Thomas Swann's daughter Barbara was listed as next of kin to Hezekiah Bussey (Jr.) in 1745. How might the Busseys have been related to the Swanns?
One possibility is that the Busseys were actually related to Catherine (Burch) Swann, wife of Thomas and mother of Barbara. The Burch family has been well-researched, and there does not seem to be any connection to any Busseys.
This leaves the possibility that the Busseys were related to Thomas Swann himself. I am proposing that Thomas Swann had a sister, first name unknown, who married Hezekiah Bussey Sr. and was the mother of Hezekiah Bussey Jr. (and possibly, even probably, Samuel Bussey too).
Turn now to the 1745 record for Hezekiah Bussey (Jr.), which also mentions an Alexander Magruder as NOK. As of 1745, both Alexander Magruder Sr. and his son Alexander Magruder Jr. were adults, and while Jr. was listed as a creditor of the estate, the NOK item does not specify if it was Alex Sr. or Jr.
At the time of his death in 1746, Alexander Magruder Sr. left a widow named Susannah (who was his second wife). By Susannah, Alexander had daughters Priscilla and Elizabeth and sons Hezekiah and Alexander Jr. From a newspaper obituary of Priscilla, with date of death and age at the time, it is reasonably calculated that she was born in 1714, and so her parents were married in or before 1713. The most logical way to tie this together is to conclude that Susannah was born a Bussey, a daughter of Hezekiah Bussey, Sr. and so a sister (or perhaps half-sister) of Hezekiah Bussey, Jr. If she married at 17 or older, in or before 1713, then she was born in/before 1696. It is possible that she was named for her maternal grandmother, Susannah (Heath) Swann.
The date of birth for Susannah (Bussey) Magruder fits very well with the likely birth date of Samuel Bussey in/before 1697, and then the birth of Hezekiah Bussey Jr. perhaps a few years later. There could well be other children of Hezekiah and wife (the former Miss Swann), but they await further research.
