I am searching for info on James and Nancy Blanton Taber who moved to Big Creek Township, Taney County, MO from the Springfield IL area. I don't have dates on the move, but I believe it was in the post-civil-war era. I would like to find out names of their parents and all their children and any additional info. My husband descends from their son, William,(b. 1875, d. 1935) who married Jimpsey Morris, then William's son, Ossie, then Ossie's son, Curtis. Any help is greatly appreciated!
