I found a copy of a photo (4x6) in a cheap frame. On the cardboard backing was written
David Francis Tabler
Born 16 Sept 1829
Died 17 Nov 1892
Cortez,Montezuma, Colo

I searched the census records and found a David F Tabler in Shelby Co, Ohio in 1850; Kansas Territory in 1860; Barry Co, Missouri in 1870 and Chautaugua Co, Kansas in 1880.

I will not swear that the cardboard backing goes with the photo, but I believe it does. If you think this is your family and would like it returned, please let me know. I will scan it so you can see if there is some resemblence.
