I haven't been able to connect Jessie Emily Tabram to anyone in my wife's family - but then I don't have a lot of information on the family members who left the east end of London. There was a Richard, son of Stewart & Ann, grandson of Stewart & Sarah. He lived in Portsmouth at one time. Who were your mother's parents & grandparents? The Tabram name is not very common, so there may be a connection.
