Edward Green Tacey was born on 1855 in Harper's Ferry, Va (now WVa).
Here is an updated listing of George William's children:
Eliza Hughes, Geo.Wm's first wife was the mother to James W.(W. possibly for William?), Hillary St.G., Robert Griffin(or Brittin), Eliza, Rebecca, George Wm. Jr., Edward Green, Anne.
After Eliza died, Geo.Wm. married Sarah Dillow & had at least one child named Maybelle.
Don't know what happened to Sarah & Maybelle, possibly died young. Geo.Wm. then married Elizabeth Cornelia Hickey & they had: Cornelia Adelaide, Blanche Augusta, Laura W.(not sure what the W. stands for), & John Franklin.
Do any of these names sound familliar in your family? You might want to check my other message listings on this site. There is a message from Trev that might interest you also. He had some interesting ideas abt. the Tacey's in England, & Geo. Wm. parents, but I have no idea about the parents without proof. You might be related to him. Thanks for your inquiry.
