Dear Ray,
Mym name is Wally Mcmahon and I am a Godkin researcher as there were three Godkin/Tackaberry marriages prior to 1800 and where the families went to Ontario.
Along the way I have collected various items on the Tackaberrys.
The origin of the County Wexford Tackaberrys was John Tackaberry baptises Pillaton Cornwell and was the son of Nicholas Tackaberry and Grace.
John Tackaberry married Margaret Doyle at Dublin 29 August 1656 and his sons included:

Nathaniel died 1728 wife Elizabeth
Robert
Nathaniel was living at Ballybanoge Arklow 1710.
