Greetings. I just happened upon the Tash forum, and since I'm party of the "tree" I thought I'd throw in my two cents and ask a question or two.
My Great Grandfather, Clifford Watson Tash,b. Dec. 12,1894. d. May 1, 1986, was the grandson of John Tash (1797-1804)of North Carolina. Clifford's father was Andrew J. Tash.
So, I guess, John Tash would be my Great, Great, Great Grandfather.
It is my understanding that John's father was Heinrech Tesch (1783-1804) who was married to Margaretha Tesch (1730-1805). You have listed "Andreas Tesch" as John's father. So has "Linda" on our message board. Where is that coming from? I could be mistaken??
I'm happy to help add any information from my tree to yours. I'd love to learn more from any of you fellow Tash's.
