Tetstall is not a common name but I have a Mary Ann Tetstall in my tree, she was my Great Grandmother born in Birmingham in 1837. So the Thomas you must be refering to must be her brother, well he was born in 1840 also in Birmingham. The Tetstall's seem to come from Kidderminster/ Stourport and I think they used to travel up and down the Severn and the canal system at that time. We need to go back further with your Thomas Tetstall. We need to find him in 1901. Was he in Scotland? All the best John Briggs Notify Administrator about this message?
