Looking for help in solving my wife's Tharp family roadblock concerning her great grandfather Jefferson (Jeff) D. Tharp/Thorp married to Laura M. Dickey (Missouri) and Katherine Coil (Missouri). He is listed in Census records as being born in Missouri/Kentucky. We would like to pinpoint his parents and ancestral lineage. He ended up living in Nebraska somewhere between 1902 and 1920 as a widower. Died abt 1944 we believe in Nebraska. Had sons Jess, Emmett and Samuel with Laura Dickey. Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!
