Rachel, your William Turner Thomason of Spartanburg Co SC is not the same William Turner Thomasson Sr. of Henry Co VA.

William of Henry Co VA was given a wife named Mary Eastes, in error, by a descendant a long, long time ago. A document was simply misread. This William married twice, but neither wife is known. It is impossible to correct info once it's posted online, but we have to try . . .
