While searching an antique store I found a picture titled, "The Admiralty, Parliament Street". Under the photo are the names Tho. H. Shepherd and J. Tingle. The actual photo is 6 1/2" x 4 1/2". It is on a black painted metal which measure 9 1/4" wide by 7 3/4" high. The picture has some color to it, but in excellent condition. I bought this photo as my great-great grandmother's name was Tryphena Tingle....I have her line. Can anyone help with as to whom this J. Tingle is? Thanks, Phyllis
