Came across the following whilst looking for Tingle's in Staffordshire:
A William Tingle married Camilla greaves in 1857 in Wolstanton.
1891 CENSUS:Stoke Upon trent - Hanley - Staffordshire
William Tingle 63 Carter - Forest of Dean - Glous
Camilla Tingle 54 Broughton -Leicestershire
same house but listed independantly
William Tingle 34 Gen Labourer - Knutlow - Staffordshire
Rosina Tingle 30 Hanley - Staffordshire
Rosina M Tingle 7 Hanley - Staffordshire
Louisa Tingle 5 Hanley - Staffordshire
William Tingle 3 Hanley - Staffordshire
Eliza Tingle 2 months - Staffordshire
In the 1901 Census Camilla (Camella) is listed with William now aged 42 with children William, Maud (obviuosly this is Rosina) and Louisa and is said to be a widow. In this census Camelia has been trascribed as bein Cornelia.
Hope this helps anyone researching this 'Tingle' family.
