I believe that Livewell was part of what is today Oak Ridge, and was located near Scarbrough Community, possibly out near the Plant Complex. I have family which lived in 1860 in Livewell Post Office area, and I know that family did not move from 1850 to 1870. By 1870, it was not listed as Livewell on the census enumeration, but is part of District 9, which was called Scarbrough Community in 1870.
