Hi,
There appears to be no marriage record, since the loose records prior to about 1841 were gathered after the original was lost. Those gathered records were mainly from the Ministers of the Gospel, who kept their own records, and may have supplied the info back to the county after the original records were lost.
Looking at Stephen Rice and his wife in 1840, 1850 and 1860 in Anderson Co., Tennessee, it appears they may have been married as early as 1834-1835, and just may not have had children that survived infancy until the oldest living, Rachel born about 1839.
