Nancy Jane Sutton married Richard Francis Carlisle in Bedford County, Tn on February 27, 1869. I have never been able to find the parents or siblings of Nancy although I have reason to believe the parents are Stanford and Adline Sutton. Nancy's children are: Hiram, Marion Oliver, Anna Idella, Willie Stanford, Laura, Martha Louderia. All of these Carlisle children were born in Tennessee. Richard and Nancy moved to Jackson County, Alabama after 1881. Anyone have proof of Nancy's birth parents? Thanks
