Reviewing my Howe information, I found a will of James Cole, deceased, Benton CT, TN in 1876 which list Mary Cole, A.E. SWINDEL, E. Howe, and J. S. Moore in the estate. If you are interested..it is recorded in ADM Account Book (B) page 581 & 2 Benton County. Hope this helps. Also, I have James Cole married a Mary ? in 1848 and Mary's birth date is 1827. Possibly this Mary is a Swindel. If this is, I have the connection and will be glad to share it. E. Howe is Emely D. Cole Howe, daughter of James Cole and Mary is E. Howe's mother. Let me know if you need the info I have.
The Thomason's are in this mix.
