The SWINDLE children were living with their uncle Joseph (Joel)C ANDERSON in Clark, Greene, Arkansas in the 1870 census.
They were Martha age 21 born in TN, Mary age 18 born in TN and Robert age 11 born in TN.
I have seen somewhere that their mother's name was Elizabeth.
Joseph (Joel) C ANDERSON is my GGG Grandfather. He was born in TN on 19 Sep 1826 and died in Greene, AR on 21 Jan 1891.
I don't have a whole lot of information on John and Elizabeth ANDERSON I have found them in the 1850 census in Benton, Tennessee, he is 63 born in NC and she is 62 born in NC. Living with them is Joelage 24 and a daughter Sena/Lena age 18 born in TN. Next to them is Living a Enoch ANDERSON age 22 born TN and his wife Emaline age 20 born in IL and son John age 1 born in TN.
