NOTE Ancestry.com has him listed as John Bilberry .I have not corrected this record.
Commontary : By the draft card in Alabama and other census information , John had a wife and two children in 1917. he listed that he was married at age 24 making his marriage date about 1912. He is now listed as a widow, it is unknown who his wife and children were or where the children are at this time. Did they die at the same time as his wife ?. I checked the marriage records for Alabama and found no records for a marriage so the marriage may have happened in Bledsoe County, Tennessee.
By 1922 John Bilbrey has has married the Widow Mrs. Pruda Bryant who was a long time resident of the Sequatchie Valley in Tennessee..

Going by the age of their first child this would make their marriage about 1922 and the death of Prudence's Husband between 1916 and 1919 as he is not found in the home in 1920.
This would mean John Bilbrey was first married about 1912.
