Aaron Bennett and George Washington Bennett

I am looking for any information on two Bennett brothers (Aaron Bennett and George Washington Bennett) appearing in the 1840, 1850, 1860, 1870 census.

Does anyone know where the location of the 26th Subdivision from the 1850 census is located? Is there an 1850 Map showing the subdivisions?
