Phillip Stonecipher, Levinia Messimer

I am looking for information on Phillip J. Stonecipher. On his tombstone there was a Mason symbol. I wondered if anyone had access to the Mason records and might have information on him. He was borne in 1832 and died in 1902. He was married in Bradley County in March of 1858 to Levinia Messimer. He was in the Civil War in both armys. He was Post Master of Mills, Ga in 1887. Phillip and Levinia are burried in Cohutta in the Hopewell Cem. His father was Joseph Stonecipher and Joseph is buried in Bradley County in the Liberty Cemetery. Also would anyone know where the Mills Post Office would have been and have any information on that.
Thanks
Linda Barnes
