Tamela,
I have a book called Searching Your Ancestors, and according to this book census records for 1800,1810, and 1820 for Tennesee are missing.For 1800 all counties missing, 1810 aa but Rutherford County, and 1820 Campbell is listed as one of the missing counties. This is an older book, so I am not sure if anything has changed. I can check other sources and see. But this is what I have.
