Hi I am Looking for anyone who may be kin to James Harrison Lawson b march 6 1875 Grainger Co Tn
Father was _Reece Lawson B about 1850 in Clay Ci, Ky._
But he changed his last name FROM "Leffew" to _Lawson_
I no the children name 1 was my grandfather James H Lawson who married Minnie Bell Williams b in July 13, 1882 in Hancock Co.
They lived in Union Co Tn, own the river and moved to Roane Co, Tn when the TVA came in and took every one land for the river.
I have looked at the 1910 Tn Campbell Co, Tn census. There is a Dewy 9 yrs old.living with him and my grandmother Martha Ann Settles.
Reece "Leffew" Lawson is my great grandfather.
We think he took his grandmother name Lawson
In the 1850 Clay co Ky he is Under Elihue Leffew 65 yrs old
