Independent Order of Odd Fellows in Campbell Co, TN (I.O.O.F)

Does anyone know of the Lick Creek I.O.O.F. lodge that used to be in Campbell County? My Great-Grandfather was a member there but I can't seem to find any information about it anywhere. I would suppose that it was obviously located around Lick Creek somewhere and my Great-Grandfather lived in Habersham at the time. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
