I have recently found info from Cannon County court records 1874-1878, through micro-film about Sarah D. Ferrell,charges brought against John Brownfield Kirk,basterdy charges. He was found guilty as charged, a daughter had been born to Sarah D. Ferrel on Feb. 6,1878.I have tried to search for Sarah on the 1880 census and believe I have found her living with parants, Steth and Judy Ferrel in Lauderdale,Tn. would love to hear from any one who may be related to the Ferrel family.
