Have no idea if this is your Zephaniah H. Harris but sometimes names get corrupted in spellings from county to county and state to state . . .

1830 HUMPHREYS Co. TN CENSUS :

ZEPHANIAH HARRIS 00111 00100000 00001001 00000

Double check this 1830 Humphreys Co. TN census for we see a ZACHARIAH HARRIS on the HICKMAN / HUMPHREY Co. TN DEED book files in HICKMAN CO. TN in 1813 - 1823, and we know that Hickman and Humphreys Co. TN land was all one county at one time.
