I understand that the Rev. Benjamin Brown's father was Ambrose Brown and his grandfather was Benjamin Brown and his grandmother's maiden name was Abrose. There is some indication that Ambrose Brown and My great grandfather William Joyner lived close to each other and were friend's and also partnered in land deals in Carroll Co. and around Clarksburg, TN. I have a cousin who is related to this family and has for some time tried to get some factual information on this Brown family farther back. Don't really know if any of this is correct
