Thank you very much for the info. It was very helpful. I am still looking to find who William's parents were since they were not listed. Do you have any access to death information that might possibly list his parents?
I also noticed your name was Stout. My step-great grandmother's name was Bessie Stout and I think her parents were J.A. and Becky Stout. Do you know anything about them? Bessie died 9th of April 1982. She married my great grandfather William Lambert. They had 3 children together McKinley, Wiley and Frances. I have seen two other names listed-David and Robert, but I was told they didn't belong to William. Just curious if there might be a connection.
William Dugger is actually my first cousin's grandfather and I am trying to help her with her research.
