hi d. harris, thanks for your reply. that is very interesting. do you know if my john s moseley and your james moseley were brothers. if so that would explain why i cant find his birth in north carolina. he would have been in england. i know pretty that he did come from north carolina. he married elizabeth barton. daughter of william barton of granville, n.c. please respond if you can help. i have been stuck on john for several years. thanks ralph.
