I believe W. M. Bray could be WILLIAM MARTIN BRAY, son of John BRAY and MINERVA WALKER of Lone Elm, Henderson Co. TN. William Martin Bray married 1st HARRIET FRANCES FULLER born Lone Elm, Henderson Co. TN. They lived in Henderson, Chester Co. TN. William may be buried in Henderson City Cem., Henderson, Chester Co. TN. Harriet was buried in Henderson City Cem. After she died William remarried.

JOHN BRAY was from Randolph Co. NC so maybe a connection to your ancestor.

If your W.M. Bray died in 1893 and the information you posted said the W.M. Bray was a delegate in 1900. I don't believe this person would match your relative. Your BRAY was deceased before 1900.

I research FULLER families of Henderson Co. TN and know very little about BRAY family.
