I talked with Oscar's daughter today. She would like to simply know what the nature of your inquiry is before responding further. She isn't computer savy and is asking me to help her out. We found your listing here by random chance as she was visiting my home and I was on the computer at the time. Are you doing geneological work for yourself, someone else, or are you a member of Oscar's now greatly extended family? If your birth announcement is correct, she shares the same birth date as he. Thanks!
